How a TPO Project Comes Together
We start at the deck. Before any membrane goes down, we check the substrate for soft spots, rot or fastener pull-out and correct what we find, because a membrane is only as reliable as what's under it.
From there the sequence is straightforward: insulation and cover board sized to the building, the TPO membrane mechanically fastened or adhered to suit the structure, and every seam hot-air welded and probe-tested.
