Whether you're putting a roof on a brand-new build or starting fresh after a full tear-off, an installation is a system, not a single product. We build all of it to GAF specification: an inspected and repaired deck, an ice-and-water barrier at the eaves and valleys, synthetic underlayment across the field, correct flashing at every wall and penetration, drip edge, balanced ventilation, and the shingle or panel on top.
Skip or shortcut any one of those layers and the whole roof underperforms, regardless of how good the top material is. On a new install you have the rare chance to get every layer right the first time, and that's exactly how we approach it.
New construction and full replacement
