Seamless Gutters, Soffit & Fascia for Spokane Valley, WA

When meltwater sheets off a Spokane Valley roof in March and refreezes overnight, the gutters, soffit, and fascia are what stand between your home and rotted eaves - and they only work as a system, which is exactly how DG Contracting installs them.

Frequently asked questions

Sometimes - if the soffit and fascia are sound, we'll happily reuse them. But in Spokane Valley we frequently find soft or rotted fascia hidden behind old gutters, especially after years of ice damming. Mounting new gutters to bad fascia means they'll loosen again, so we always inspect first and tell you honestly what does and doesn't need replacing.

Seamless gutters don't cause or cure ice dams on their own, but proper sizing, correct pitch, oversized downspouts, and especially well-ventilated soffit all reduce the conditions that create them. Treating the three components as one system is what keeps Valley freeze-thaw cycles from backing water under your shingles.

It depends on roof area, pitch, and how much snowmelt a section sheds. Many homes do fine with 5-inch K-style, but steep two-story roofs and wider light-commercial rooflines around Sullivan Rd often need 6-inch gutters and larger downspouts to handle peak flow. We calculate this per run rather than guessing.

Most residential replacements in the Valley are completed in a single day. Larger homes, extensive fascia rot, or light-commercial buildings may take longer, and we'll give you a realistic timeline in writing before we start.
