Most single-family Hillyard installs are completed in a day or two depending on size, pitch, and how many layers come off.
Before we leave, we run a magnetic sweep for stray nails and walk the finished roof with you. If your project includes a tear-off and replacement, you also get a 15-25 year workmanship warranty, so the water leaving your new roof has somewhere to go.
